About the Questionnaire

Since its initial release several years ago, Rapid Import™ has quickly become the industry-standard client questionnaire for bankruptcy. Unfortunately, their default questionnaire is only available in English. In some districts, 10-30% of bankruptcy clients speak Spanish as their first and possibly only language. Our product opens up the tremendous power of Rapid Import™ to attorneys who want to serve a broader segment of the population.

Doesn't Rapid Import™ already allow for customization of a Spanish version?

While they do include features that would enable you to create your own translation, it would involve an awful lot of work. The questionnaire includes more than 650 lines of text that would have to be translated -- and translated well! Then, once you've got the translated text, a technical specialist would be needed to encode the text with the proper XML formatting.

We've gone to great lengths to prepare not only a grammatically correct translation, but also one that would be easy to understand by a person with even limited education. We deliver it to you in a fully prepared format that requires no technical expertise to use.

Has this product been approved for use with the Rapid Import™ service?

Yes! In fact, we offer the only Spanish version of the questionnaire that has been officially reviewed and endorsed by Rapid Import™.
