Do I need any special software to use this questionnaire?

No. Our questionnaire plugs directly into your Rapid Import™ account.

Do you offer a paper version of the questionnaire?

Not at this time. We estimate that of the bankruptcy firms that survived BAPCPA, the majority are now using Rapid Import™ to collect client information. A paper version would be a step in the wrong direction.

Won't my clients' responses come through in Spanish?

They probably will, but if you consider the type of data involved in a bankruptcy, it's mostly names, addresses, and numbers. The property descriptions would be one area where client input would likely include words and phrases, but if your firm is serving the Spanish speaking community, this is an unavoidable factor.

How will I receive the product after I order?

After your order has been processed, you'll be taken to a page where you can download the Spanish questionnaire file. You must then log into your Rapid Import™ account to enable it. We'll also send you an e-mail with the file as a backup.
