Installation Support

Upon completing your order, you will be provided with a link to download an XML file containing the Spanish questionnaire text. This file will need to be added to your Rapid Import™ account through the following steps:
  1. Log into your Rapid Import™ account at www.RapidImport.com.
  2. Click on the "Customization" menu option.
  3. Mark "enabled" next to the custom config option and select the file you downloaded from our site in the box for custom config XML.
  4. Press "upload documents" to save your changes and activate the Spanish version of the questionnaire.
How can I use both the Spanish and English version simultaneously?

If you want to make both languages available to your clients, you will need a separate Rapid Import™ account for each configuration. Because Rapid Import™ only charges for downloads and not a setup or maintenance fee, there would be no added cost to do this.

Can I modify your translation?

Yes. We've worked hard to bring you a quality translation that we believe is suitable for the widest Spanish-speaking audience, but you are welcome to make any revisions to it that you see fit.
