Installation Support
Upon completing your order, you will be provided with a link to download an XML file containing the Spanish questionnaire text. This file will need to be added to your Rapid Import™ account through the following steps:
- Log into your Rapid Import™ account at www.RapidImport.com.
- Click on the "Customization" menu option.
- Mark "enabled" next to the custom config option and select the file you downloaded from our site in the box for custom config XML.
- Press "upload documents" to save your changes and activate the Spanish version of the questionnaire.
How can I use both the Spanish and English version simultaneously?
If you want to make both languages available to your clients, you will need a separate Rapid Import™ account for each configuration. Because Rapid Import™ only charges for downloads and not a setup or maintenance fee, there would be no added cost to do this.
Can I modify your translation?
Yes. We've worked hard to bring you a quality translation that we believe is suitable for the widest Spanish-speaking audience, but you are welcome to make any revisions to it that you see fit.
